still recovering from weekend CNS depletion

got through 13 reps for both and 10 HSPU for the 15 rep round.

felt well enough constant movement not as fatigued as I thought. Of course for me shoulders burned out before back did.

bwt last week and this week unchanged 230lbs

took coaches advice and up'd my carb intake and I have felt better. Getting in that dank ass Viking Hash. should have more measurements this week but have to see if our trainers are going to be in the office.
