this last one was from Crossfit Assault Stuttgart it was there WOD of the day and the owner Mike Se German thought i would do decent on it so gave it a shot.

Bison Steak, Salad with slice tomatos w Balsalmic, some gluten free pasta vodka sauce for dinner.
T2B were not as bad as i thought i did Unbroken for all sets of both workouts. Those usually are a tough movement for me over longer time domains. Suprising the KB Snatches were tougher than i thought but i have not used a 2pd for quite sometime wasnt very smooth but not a big worry.
