nutrition has been rough due to traveling alot and normal holiday celebrations. but i am maintaining. packed on a lil bit of weight since i got back from Afghan. To many wienerschnitzels hahaha... but my conditioning feels good for the most part. body is beat up from snowboarding shoulder is killing me along with my leg but im maintaining.
