ReplyDeletefelt good not to sore or stiff from yesterday. been hard to find time to go eat and workout between my other duties. So i have been relying alot on protein shakes and power bars shit like that.
this was a steady cardio for me. never got tough all times were about the same for all 12 sets of burpee/DUs
Burpees avg. 14-16 sec
Du avg 10-12 sec
all unbroken no missed reps
