even min- 20 double unders
-if you start to fail bbj, knock a number down each set-break 2 min and jump back in
-same on DU


PM training

-rest 10 min
5 min @ 90%
12 push press-95#

12 front squat-95#

    felt good not to sore or stiff from yesterday. been hard to find time to go eat and workout between my other duties. So i have been relying alot on protein shakes and power bars shit like that.

    this was a steady cardio for me. never got tough all times were about the same for all 12 sets of burpee/DUs

    Burpees avg. 14-16 sec
    Du avg 10-12 sec

    all unbroken no missed reps

    - was a bit slow on the T2B

    2- 4 rounds
    - felt good
