    PU 90lbs for all
    CGBP 275, 295, 300, 305, 310

    push press 8,6,5
    ring dips 9,8,7
    push ups 27, 19, 15

    fatigued really fast. had more for the first set of push press but i dont think i was quite ready. didnt build up just threw on 225 and went at it.

    post wod nutrition no supplements
    9 oz chicken, carrots, mixed veggies, 2x yogurt, 2x V8 veg juice

    all completed... no major hiccups got the most fatigued on the HSPUs.

    The ring dips got tough i did use a slight kip to keep pace and unbroken.

    been getting good sleep lately been trying to get at least 7 hours if i dont i get naps during the day between sessions.

    Post wod fuel 2 scoops Muscle milk and half mango.
