I am writing this a bit after i did workout and i forgot what i did it was either 3 rounds 200m or 2 but i am erroring on the low side. so either one lol i dont think i did 60burpee BJ

this was good grip was giving out a bit and i started to feel a little gaggy. had to sit down for a few min afterwards. all in all a good training day. love doubles.
