half day

had to cut this in half due to time and the fact that i am not resting today and have a double tomorrow.

20min AMRAP
250meter row
10 wallball
10 no push up burpee step up 24 in

6 rounds plus 10 wall balls

was suppose to rest 10min and do this again but decided to cut it off. looking for a place to hit the double tomorrow looks like its going to be tough to hit. i miss my garage gym back in NC.
